ThedefundingpushiscreatingproblemsforleadDemocrats,however,astheyarguedearlierthisweekthatanyattempttodefundICEisoffthetable.SenateMinorityLeaderChuckSchumer,D-N.Y.,andHouseMinorityLeaderHakeemJeffries,D-N.Y.,haveemphasizedthattheAffordableCareActremainstheirpriority.
Nevertheless,Wednesday’skillingofa37-year-oldwomaninMinneapolishasgalvanizedranksofDemocrats.
