FederalimmigrationofficialssaytheyarepreparingtodeployagentstoPortlandasgroupstheydescribeasAntifa-linkedhaveescalatedattacksonpersonnelandfacilities.ICEofficialswarnedtheywillactiflocalauthoritiesfailtointervene.
