Senators accuse Secret Service of trying to make local police a ‘scapegoat’ following Trump rally shooting

Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., says he thinks the Secret Service is “looking for a scapegoat” for the security lapse that led to the Trump rally shooting.
